JUDE LOCKIE

Works in woodcut, etching and monoprint. She studied woodblock printmaking with Yoshisuke Funasaka in Tokyo. Firstly in 1975 and later in 1990 with a scholarship from the Japanese Government. She exhibits both nationally and internationally and teaches workshops in printmaking. She is also a member of 'The Suffolk Group'. Her work is figurative, of both people and things seen and of the imagination; with an interest in colour and geometry.
